Installed in the former stables of the Castle of Grouchy, on a space of 1.200 m ² of exhibition, this alive and didactic museum wants to be a real educational tool.

In a vast hall of 1 200 m ², is presented the material of fire fighting of the 18th century in our days. A room redraws the history of dresses, helmets and headgears from 1830 till 1960. Finally, a room, more particularly intended for the children, allows to discover an impressive collection of toys the oldest of which date the 19th century.
