LUCY BISTRO ... is a traditional restaurant with a simple and greedy cooking.
In room LUDMILA and in cooking CYRIL (LUCY) welcome you to share you in their small room done up like new in the colors of the moment situated in old just Pontoise in front of the entrance of the Garden of the city. A generous traditional kitchen and "a home-made" waits for you with fresh products selected by the Leader Cyril there.
After a passage by the cookings of several big Parisian establishments, Cyril puts down his/her suitcases in Pontoise to propose you some of his key dishes, as semi-cooked Tataki de Thon in the sesame, Salad of crisp vegetables, Wipes Shirogoma
For dessert the Real New York cheese cake and the fresh raspberries or inescapable Raw of Chocolate .....
